Ebenger brings more than 20 years of industry experience spanning sales, business development, national accounts, and technical support. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with printers, distributors, suppliers, retailers, and end users to build large-scale account programs, strengthen customer relationships, introduce new products and applications, and identify areas of market potential.
His extensive background in national account development, wide-format media, fabrics, SEG systems, and multi-location programs provides him with deep insight into both the market and the evolving needs of large print organizations.
As Director of National Accounts, Ebenger will broaden Ultraflex’s national account reach by partnering with customers on product and pricing strategies, emerging technologies, promotional programs, and other initiatives that support their business needs and create opportunities for mutual growth. His appointment demonstrates Ultraflex’s dedication to investing additional resources and expertise in this segment while expanding its presence in established and emerging markets.

She has been recognized as one of Specialty Fabrics Review’s 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders and previously served on the Fabric Graphics Board with the Advanced Textiles Association.

In 2018, Schneider was appointed Chief Operating Officer after joining Ultraflex Systems in 2013 as Director of Operations. Mr. Schneider has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and supply chain management.  Mr. Schneider has successfully led the company through strategic growth and continues to focus on team building, customer relationships and satisfaction, and employee development.
