Riverview, FL — Ultraflex Systems announces the promotion of Kylie Schleicher to Vice President of Business Development & Product Management. In this role, she will lead strategic initiatives across business development and product management, focused on innovation, market expansion, and customer-driven solutions.

Previously serving as Director of Product Development & Product Management, Schleicher played a key role in advancing Ultraflex’s product strategy, driving material innovation, and identifying new market opportunities that support the evolving needs of print service providers. “Kylie’s leadership, industry insight, and commitment to innovation have made a lasting impact on our organization,” said Ron Schneider, CEO of Ultraflex Systems. “Her ability to connect product development with real market needs positions us for continued growth, and we are confident she will play a critical role in shaping the future of Ultraflex.”

Schleicher is an active contributor to the print and graphics community, serving on the Sustainability Board with PRINTING United. She has been recognized as one of Specialty Fabrics Review’s 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders and previously served on the Fabric Graphics Board with the Advanced Textiles Association.

Riverview, FL– Ultraflex Systems announces Ron Schneider as President and COO. In 2018, Schneider was appointed Chief Operating Officer after joining Ultraflex Systems in 2013 as Director of Operations. Mr. Schneider has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and supply chain management.  Mr. Schneider has successfully led the company through strategic growth and continues to focus on team building, customer relationships and satisfaction, and employee development.
