Thank you for completing the Ultraflex Claim return-to-stock form. An Ultraflex Representative will be in contact with a claim number for future reference. Every attempt will be made to expedite the claims process; however, Partner agrees that some claims may take up to 45 days to resolve.

 

During the return process, Partner agrees to fully pay its’ outstanding invoice, even if an item on an invoice is to be returned. Ultraflex will issue a subsequent credit upon completion of the returns process, to be applied against the Partner account and may be applied against past or future product orders.
