In 2018, Schneider was appointed Chief Operating Officer after joining Ultraflex Systems in 2013 as Director of Operations. Mr. Schneider has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and supply chain management.  Mr. Schneider has successfully led the company through strategic growth and continues to focus on team building, customer relationships and satisfaction, and employee development.
