Riverview, FL — Ultraflex Systems is proud to announce the promotion of two seasoned team members—Anthony Schneider and Ryan Buy—to the positions of Regional Sales Directors. These well-earned promotions reflect their outstanding performance, leadership, and dedication to driving growth and excellence within the company.

Anthony Schneider, formerly the Southeast Territory Sales Manager, has been promoted to Regional Sales Director. In this expanded role, Anthony will continue to lead the Southeast region while also providing leadership support and strategic guidance to the sales managers overseeing the Canadian and Northeast territories. Known for his strategic mindset, long-standing customer relationships, and ability to identify market opportunities, Anthony will play a key role in driving collaboration and growth across these areas.

Ryan Buy, previously the Western Territory Sales Manager, has also been promoted to Regional Sales Director. Ryan will retain his responsibilities for the Western Territory and will additionally mentor and support the sales managers covering the Midwest, Great Lakes, and Central territories. His deep industry expertise, results-driven approach, and product knowledge make him an invaluable leader for cross-regional development and alignment.

In their new positions, both Anthony and Ryan will spearhead territory-specific sales strategies, assist in training and development, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth and brand strength of Ultraflex. Their leadership will focus on supporting and empowering the broader sales team, reinforcing Ultraflex’s commitment to service excellence and innovation.
