There’s no limit to where you can use beautiful Ultraflex printed graphics. Conventional solvent and eco-solvent printing deliver crisp images with bright colors on our SuperPrint, Normandy and Pole Banner substrates, but it takes specialty substrates to really surprise. Ultraflex specialty substrates let you put images in the most unexpected places, like:
- Floors in corporate lobbies and display areas
- Windows in shops and on vehicles
- Underwater, in pools and aquariums
FloorFlex® Digital and UltraCarpet® Extra are two specialty substrates developed to be walked on. These hard-wearing materials accept ink readily. Floorflex works with both UV and latex printing while the more versatile Ultracarpet can be used with those plus screen printing, solvent and eco-solvent printing processes. Meanwhile, walls are “covered” by our Wallscapes™, FabriTac® and Artex® Canvas specialty substrates. Wallscapes, embossed in four different finishes, comes standard in poly-cotton although nonwoven polyester is available. UV, latex, solvent and eco-solvent printing all perform well with these specialty substrates. FabriTac® is a removable, adhesive-backed fabric suitable for UV, latex, solvent and eco-solvent printing. Artex® Canvas is a high quality polyester material for indoor use and accepts UV, latex, screen, solvent or eco-solvent printing.
For windows, UltraVision® Window Perf is “clearly” a great choice. This line perforated specialty substrates is a white gloss, calendared graphic film with black backing. Intended for use in exterior mounted two-way window applications like storefronts, it’s suitable for UV, solvent and eco-solvent printing. And for pool and aquarium applications, there’s AquaFlex®, a solvent, UV and screen printing substrate manufactured from recycled pool liner.
