Ultraflex textiles are earth-friendly.  The polyester we use in our manufacturing process is made of high grade yarn that can be recycled.  They contain no Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine, Fluorine, PVC or heavy metals.  We also implement a water-based coating technology which is extremely earth friendly.  Our manufacturing process complies with all ecological certification, exceeding 2020 compliance.  We are the first to market a full range of earth friendly printable media up to 5m wide; recyclable polyester textile and biodegradable organic textiles up to 198” wide.

UltraCanvas Backlit U280

UltraCanvas Backlit U280 is an 8.3 oz. 100% woven 100% polyester with an digital coating on one side allowing for a vibrant print quality.  This light-weight material is easy to print, dries quickly and does not fray; saving time and money when it comes to finishing.  It can also be back-lit making it perfect for tradeshow graphics and indoor and short-term outdoor banners.  Available in widths ranging from 54" to 198".

UltraCanvas Heavy C285

UltraCanvas Light C190 is 5.9 oz. and is woven 100% polyester that has been bath coated and then coated again on one side with our Universal coating.  This coating technique allows you to print Solvent and UV on one side or dye sublimation on the other.  Its light canvas structure makes it ideal for back-lit or front-lit graphics as well as most indoor and short-term outdoor applications including event tent structures.  Available in widths ranging from 54” to 198”.

UltraCotton C200 is 7.3 oz. and is woven 100% natural cotton with a water-based coating on one side. The light linen structure and crease free characteristics make it ideal for art reprographics, scenic backdrops, theatrical and tradeshow events. This natural cotton material is recyclable and biodegradable. It is recommended for indoor use only.  Available in widths ranging from 61” to 198”.

UltraFlag PES C110 is 3.2 oz. knitted 100% polyester. It is transparent and ideal for flags and indoor and short-term outdoor hanging banners. It has good bleed through and allows for excellent color brilliance.  Available in widths ranging from 122” to 198”.

UltraPoplin Pro U180 is 5.3 oz. knitted 100% polyester with a soft poplin texture and is ideal for tradeshow graphics. It has a specially formulated water-based coating and can be printed with direct dye-sublimation, transfer dye-sublimation and UV printing. Available in widths ranging from 61” to 122”.

UltraPoplin PES C240 is 7.1 oz. and is knitted 100% polyester with a digital coating on one side allowing for a vibrant print quality. The poplin texture has a slight stretch, making it ideal for expanding over frame systems and structure applications. It is also perfect for tradeshow graphics due to its crease and wrinkle free characteristics. Available in widths ranging from 54” to 198”.

UltraTex Organic U230

UltraTex Organic U230 is 6.8 oz. and is woven from 100% organic plant fiber. This unique product is biodegradable, recyclable and is naturally fire retardant. It can be used in back-lit or front-lit applications both indoor and short-term outdoor. Is compatible with UV and screen-printers. Available in widths ranging from 61” to 198”.
