Ultraflex Systems has dye sublimation printing fabrics that produce the most vivid and eye-catching graphics for indoor and outdoor digital media applications. These products can be used for banners, billboards, POP displays, building wraps and more. Dye sublimation printing fabrics contain polyester or have polyester coatings that are able to withstand the heat produced during the printing process and absorb thousands of different colors, and they often last longer than banner material used on solvent, eco-solvent, UV, latex and/or screen printing equipment.
Many of the Ultraflex Systems dye sublimation fabrics such as Vortex Backlit LX D300, Vortex D270 and Vortex Soft T 230 are from our Vortex D and Vortex T lines of soft signage textiles. In addition, UltraPoplin Soft Image D240 is one of our eco-friendly textiles. It is made from 20% reclaimed polyester, compatible with direct dispersion, transfer dye sublimation, Latex and UV printing equipment and 100% recyclable.
Clients without dye sublimation equipment have plenty of exceptional choices from the Front-lit Media, Back-lit Media, Blockout Media, Vortex S and Mesh Banner Material lines at Ultraflex Systems, which include the following products and more:
